Refund policy

A failed payment that is debited but not credited is normally reversed by the payment provider. Duplicate successful charges will be refunded after verification.

Contact us within 7 days for unused wallet credit or an undelivered purchase. Once a personalised chart, answer or report has been generated or wallet credit consumed, it is ordinarily non-refundable because the digital service has been performed. This does not limit refunds required for a defective service or by consumer law.

Email support@prashna.guru from your registered address with the payment ID, date, amount and issue. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
