Terms of service

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service only for lawful personal purposes. You remain responsible for information you submit, including having permission to submit another person’s birth details.

Readings are interpretive and may be generated with artificial intelligence. Astrology is not scientifically established as predictive. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and are for reflection and entertainment—not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment or emergency advice. Do not delay professional care or make high-impact decisions solely from a reading.

Prices and included usage are shown before payment. Digital services may begin immediately after purchase. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund policy. Taxes and invoice details are handled as required by applicable law.

Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, bypass security or rate limits, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or use outputs to harm, discriminate against, surveil or make consequential decisions about another person.

We may change or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or suspend access needed to protect users and the service. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms. You may end the agreement by deleting your account, subject to records we must retain by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer protections.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes. Before filing a claim, contact legal@prashna.guru so we can try to resolve it.
